Why should you be doing Cardio for weight loss?



Cardio exercises are a requirement to lose weight and regain your fat and bulky legs back into shape. The lean well shaped legs will come if you eat well and doing cardio, however there are few trainers who doesn’t support cardio exercise, but reading further would help you to understand the intention of the cardio exercise in your weight loosing regime. 

The cardio that we are suggesting you to follow is the low or the moderate intensity cardio. The reason for suggesting this is because the higher energy in your body in the form of fat, carbohydrates and proteins lead to obesity and bulky body. If you choose to workout using cardio exercise or aerobic exercise then the energy in the form of carbs and fats acts as a fuel and burn within your body. The longer you exercise, the quicker you will burn the energy making your body re-energize by throwing off the unnecessary energy quotients. This type of cardio is preferable to be worked in the early morning right after your sleep. It’s because the cardio helps the best in the empty stomach as it takes all the energy from your body and you end up in burning more fat.

You can also decide a schedule to undertake cardio exercise in a day either by taking a 30 minutes of walk and with a minute of gap between each walk schedule or longer as per your comfort level. The intention is to spread the right message across because the cardio has indeed helped many people and it is a compulsory exercise for weight loss and healthy physic. 

Low intensity cardio are suggested because it does not need much energy from your body, and it is of good use to your body and reduce the weight even when you are not maintaining a proper diet. Low intensity cardio doesn’t need you to hit gym, all you have to do is prefer walking whenever you get a chance, take a brisk walk early in the morning, avoid escalators and lift and take stairs instead. Try to give maximum time in walking than taking a transport, this will surely reduce your weight and make your legs slimmer and sleeker within weeks. 

In this busy time it would be difficult for anybody to hit gym, so we are suggesting you to take your dog for a walk, walk from office to home, prefer cycling than driving to your work, spend weekends with hiking and cycling and all these fun will surely help you lose weight considerably. So never miss the leg days.
