intensity cardio are suggested because it does not need much energy from your
body, and it is of good use to your body and reduce the weight even when you

gym, all you have to do is prefer walking whenever you get a chance, take a
brisk walk early in the morning, avoid escalators and lift and take stairs
instead. Try to give maximum time in walking than taking a transport, this will

suggesting you to take your dog for a walk, walk from office to home, prefer
