Men
hit gym to tone their body and build their muscles and it constitutes biceps
and triceps which men like to flaunt. Are you well aware of the right exercise
that you are taking to build in your biceps or are you someone who still do
what your trainer asks you? Whatever can be your answer, but what we suggest is
that you know the basic exercises that is required to have good biceps. The
first and foremost thing that you need to note is, that any exercise you carry
you have to shift your weight for two seconds to upper body and release 2
seconds to the lower body.

Hammer
Dumbbell Curls:
This
exercise where you use dumbbell is the best one to put lot of stress on the
brachialis. These muscles are primitively responsible for increasing the width
on the biceps. Make sure that your armpit and comfortably resting on the
preacher bench pad and then hold the dumbbell and grip it and start slowly
lowering it down and folding it up.

Standing
Barbell Curls:
This
exercise is carried for the benefit of the biceps
brachii which are the big flex muscles in your biceps. This is the most
essential form that you need to follow. Tuck your elbows against the torso,
make sure that your back is straight and try to lift the barbells on to the top
movement and release it to the bottom. You have to keep your body straight and
do not bend an inch or let loose your body. This not only helps the biceps, but
also shoulders and hands.

Chin
Ups/Push Ups:
This
workout is something you can do anywhere and anytime and all you need is a
fixed rod or a space in certain height that you can comfortably hold. All you
got to do is first hang yourself with the help of your hand and then lower
yourself down and then push yourself towards the rod. Never touch the ground
and release yourself so that your feet could touch the ground. Try to increase
the intensity once you reach the comfort level. This will increase your biceps,
widen the shoulders and also strengthens the forearm.

Incline
Dumbbell Curls:
I
bet that this is the most tedious exercise and everyone hates doing this
because it causes severe burns inside the chest and a burning sensation is seen
in the bicep muscles. However, these are amazing set of workout that would give
amazing look to your biceps. Incline the bench to 60 degree angle initially and
slowly you can increase the inclination. Face your palm towards your legs and
hold the dumbbells in both the hands and slowly lift it towards your face and
then release back towards the foot. Continue with once side at a time.
